When is Skills Week?
July 12 to July 18
Is there a cost?
- The cost is $100 for first time visitors if registered by June 1st
- The cost is $200 for first time visitors after June 1st as well as all returning visitors registering anytime.
What should I bring?
Sleeping bag and pillow, bathing suit, close toed shoes, casual shoes/crocs, personal toiletries, two towels, and casual clothing.
What documents must I complete and/or bring?
We will need a copy of your medical insurance card/information with child's name and a Consent to Treat Form filled out by the time they arrive.

If you are unable to fill out the form or email the insurance card in advance, please come to the registration at noon on Sunday and we can copy it and you can fill out the paperwork there. We appreciate you doing it in advance. Bringing a pre-copied document will suffice.
Where will this program take place?
Union Springs Academy

Upon your arrival, first head to the gymnasium (located next to a large parking lot on top of the school) for registration/check-in. After the students check-in they will be given clearance to go check in the dorms and get settled.
Lodging Details:
All visiting students can stay in the dormitories. Day students can commute each day and still be a part of the program.What should I be aware of?
Please arrive school between 12 and 1 pm for registration on Sunday, July 12th, when registration/check-in begins. The event ends Sabbath, July 18th at 2 pm after lunch, and students can be picked up then and checked out with the dean.
School rules and policies will apply throughout the event regarding behavior and Christian Guidelines that need to be upheld by all attendees. If you have any questions or concerns with this trip, please contact our school immediately.
